Use Case Description

This campaign is used to send appointment confirmations and links, real estate information, listing and housing, messages around buying or selling a home and offers, help requests, responses plus optin and optout confirmations.

How do end-users consent to receive messages?

End users can opt in by visiting [ADD YOUR OWN DOMAINE] and adding their phone number. They then check a box agreeing to receive text messages from [YOUR COMPANY]. Additionally, end users can also opt-in by texting HELP to [YOUR SMS NUMBER].

How To Avoid Being Marked Spam, Permanent Bans, & Unsent Messages


1.     Enable Text and email verification  

2.     Enable optout language for first text message along with user name.

3.     Avoid Spammy Language and words like

a.     Offer

b.     Sale

c.     Sold

d.     Sell

e.     Free

f.      Aggressive texts

g.     Cold out reaches

h.     Etc.  

4.     Avoid URL shorteners like Bit.ly  

5.     Contact support for increase text/email limit increase  

A High Opt-Out Rate indicates that contacts receiving messages have objected, generated complaints or marked your SMS as spam. A good opt-out rate is typically in the range of 0—1.0%.  

A High Delivery Error Rate indicates that you are sending SMS to contacts that are no longer in service, are unreachable, or use a non SMS capable device such as landlines. This may also mean that external carrier filters are refusing to deliver your SMS due to bad sending behavior in the past. A good error rate is typically in the range of 0—5.0%.    

30005: User Inactive/Number does not exist - Remediation: Enable Temporary DND

30003: Unreachable- Out of Service - Remediation: Enable Temporary DND

30004: Do not want SMS/DND enabled - Remediation: Enable Permanent DND

30006: Landline/Incapable to receive SMS - Remediation: Enable Temporary DND

30007: Message Delivery Failure - Spam or Content Violation - Remediation: Review message content for potential spam or terms of service violations

30008: None of the above scenarios matched - Remediation: Do nothing
